The Marvellous Suspender is back. Version 7.1.6.1 is the first public release under the new name, picking up where The Great Suspender left off after its removal from the Chrome Web Store.

This initial release is a foundation build: the core suspension logic is intact, the extension icon and branding have been updated, and English is the only locale included. Localizations from the original project will be restored and revised in the next release.

If you were a Great Suspender user, you can install TMS and import your previous settings and session data from the History page.

What's in this release​

  • Core tab suspension and unsuspension logic carried over from The Great Suspender
  • Updated name, icon, and branding
  • English locale only (other languages coming in 7.1.6.2)
